For years, I looked like I had it together.

From the outside, life looked fine.
But underneath, I was carrying pressure I didn’t understand.
I found myself disconnected from who I was, reacting in ways I couldn’t explain, and feeling like something was missing.
Like many men, I became good at pushing through.
Good at carrying responsibility.
Good at looking okay.
becoming a father I realised this wasn’t sustainable, and I didn’t want my boys to carry what I had.
I realised the answer wasn’t working harder.
It was understanding myself better, taking responsibility for how I showed up, and learning how to lead myself instead of constantly reacting to life.
That journey changed how I show up as a partner, a father, and a man.
Today, I help other men do the same.

Before I started working with Hudson, I knew I needed to do some deep inner work. I could feel how my past, especially childhood experiences, was shaping my decisions in ways I didn’t even realise.
